“Can we ask about our own business as naturally as we use Doubao?” The practical goal is to ask everyday questions about revenue, costs, inventory or collections. Describing IDONE as an enterprise-style Doubao is an analogy for conversational interaction, not a statement of brand affiliation or feature equivalence. For an initial demo discussion, bring three business questions and the names of the reports used to check them. Production data is not needed at the booking stage.
Start with the work the questions should support
The IDONE product overview describes locally deployed business-data querying and analysis. Whether a particular question can be answered depends on the company’s data, metric definitions, integration scope and validation. A demo can help the team understand the interaction and identify what to test next.
Start with the last management meeting: which question required someone to retrieve more data, which metric had competing versions, and which change prompted further questions? Rank these by frequency and business importance, then choose the top three.
Three demo questions: totals, details and missing information
The following collections questions are constructed examples for preparing a demo. They are not customer cases or verified product outputs.
First, examine totals: “Using the finance team’s agreed cash-receipt definition, show collections by region for the previous calendar month and compare them with the month before.” Specify the calendar period, company scope, currency and treatment of refunds or reversals. Note the finance report that provides the reference result.
Second, examine changes: “Which customers account for most of the change in collections in the selected region?” Check that customer identifiers and regional assignments are consistent, and that the demonstration role may view those details.
Third, test the limits: “Which of these receivables are already due? If contractual payment terms are missing, explain which conclusions cannot yet be reached.” Lower collections alone do not establish overdue payment. Due-date judgments require additional information. Questions like this help identify missing data conditions.
What to prepare for the first conversation
Prepare a short description of who will use the system, the three recurring questions, the reports currently consulted, the source systems and the person who can confirm metric definitions. State whether a data warehouse exists. There is no need to build a new data platform merely to request a demo.
Do not send database passwords, full customer lists or production transaction details through a public inquiry form. Field names, a de-identified structural description or fictional records may support an initial discussion. Agree on purpose, scope, handling and permissions before any real-data integration.
Also note the update schedule, backfilled records and accounting close status. These conditions affect what “last month’s collections” means and should be explicit in later validation.
Plan sample exploration and company-data validation separately
IDONE’s public online demo uses sample data to illustrate its question-and-answer interaction. It does not establish the results that a particular company will obtain with its own data. After exploring the demo, list the questions to validate, reference reports and unresolved conditions.
Agree separately on the scope of company-data validation. For each question, record the original wording, user role, data cutoff, approved metric definition, reference result and any discrepancy. Reconcile totals and details before judging whether an explanation is supported.
Include missing information, unauthorized access and outdated data. Agree on when clarification or human review is needed. These are requirements a buyer can propose; they do not establish that every display, permission configuration or exception-handling mechanism is already implemented in a particular deployment.
Decide what is worth doing next
If the main questions are supported by agreed data and definitions, assess integration and deployment. If the reference reports cannot be reconciled, address those prerequisites first. If the need centers on ticket workflows, document review or other applications, assess custom enterprise AI development separately. Choose the path according to the work.
Before procurement, confirm the deployment environment, connected systems, validation scope, deliverables, support period and ongoing costs. A smooth demo cannot substitute for these project conditions. Keep unvalidated features out of rollout expectations.
Once the three priority business questions are ready, use the IDONE overview on IDENIFE’s English site to reach the product and demo-booking entry. Start with the industry, user roles and data foundations, then agree on the demo focus and subsequent validation.
