ID Axis integration

Give agents
a way to finish.

From a model response to a business task that keeps moving.

Organise reasoning and collaboration with ID Axis. Bring tools, context and execution state into your workflow—with visibility, continuity and deliberate pauses before consequential actions.

From reasoning to execution

Knowing the next step.
Being able to take it.

Models interpret and decide. Business execution also needs tool scheduling, persisted state, permissions and confirmed outcomes. ID Axis connects the two.

Reasoning proposes an action.

Understand the goal, choose a path, decompose work and evaluate results. Turn an uncertain problem into a proposed next step.

ID Axis · Multi-agent reasoning

The runtime manages execution.

Validate calls, apply authority, record state and handle failure. Turn a tool invocation into a business action with inputs, receipts and a trackable lifecycle.

The full life of a task

Follow the work.
Understand the progress.

Follow a maintenance-analysis task. Explore normal delivery, recovery after interruption, and the moment a business write needs human review.

IDENIFE’s proprietary multi-agent reasoning and execution framework

ID Axis

Coordinate the reasoning. Carry the decision into execution.

01

Context

Goals, constraints, prior state and authority form a shared reference. Long-running work requires persistent task context, beyond a chat transcript.

02

Planning & delegation

ID Axis coordinates decomposition, collaboration and review. Its runtime turns these decisions into schedulable, recoverable execution steps.

03

Tool contracts

Each capability declares inputs, outputs, permissions and side effects. Model-proposed calls remain subject to contract validation and business rules.

04

Execution state

Represent running, waiting, failure, recovery and completion explicitly. Keep event and artifact references so the application can follow task progress.

Illustrative integration architecture; capabilities, runtime policies and deployment boundaries are agreed for each integration.

Continuity & recovery

A task can pause.
Its progress should not.

Long tasks cross service restarts, tool failures and human waits. Persist the required state at execution boundaries to know where to continue and what must not run twice.

CHECKPOINT RETAINSTask state + result references + execution position

Reference large files and business artifacts. Preserve model outputs, tool receipts and approvals separately; recovery should not reinvent the past.

01

Persist recoverable state

Associate task identity with context, completed steps and artifact locations. Persist what is needed while controlling sensitive fields, retention and access.

02

Reconstruct recorded facts

Restore recorded results and events. Distinguish completed, unstarted and uncertain calls. Persist nondeterministic outputs rather than treating recovery as a full rerun.

03

Reconcile external actions

A request timeout does not prove that a business action failed. Reconcile uncertain writes through receipts or idempotency contracts before retrying, waiting or escalating.

Execution governance

Autonomy,with clear boundaries.

Controls belong beyond the prompt. Put authority, approval, execution budgets and failure policies into runtime rules that apply when tools actually execute.

Retries have boundaries.

Separate transient failures, permission errors and non-retryable faults. Backoff, attempt limits and task budgets prevent retries from amplifying failure.

Failure classification · backoff · attempt limits

Idempotency reaches the business.

Keep a stable identity for each business action, paired with destination-side deduplication and receipt lookup. Recoverable execution does not make external writes inherently exactly-once.

Operation identity · deduplication · reconciliation

Stopping has an outcome.

Timeout and cancellation enter explicit states, release resources and record completed actions. External changes that already took effect require business compensation, not assumed rollback.

Timeout budgets · cooperative cancellation · compensation

Put human judgement where it matters.

For sending, publishing and writing, present the exact target and change before applying the approval policy. Authorised routine work continues; changed permissions or payloads trigger a fresh boundary check.

Results & execution evidence

An outcome,
with a trace.

Integration needs more than a final answer. A task package should establish the result, its sources, successful steps and unresolved issues.

TASK DELIVERY STRUCTURE

More than a result field.

Artifacts
References to documents, data, design assets or change sets.
Provenance & receipts
Input sources, tool results and destination-system records.
Execution trace
Stages, states, failures, recoveries and approval events.
Open items
Unmet conditions, review items and proposed next steps.

Keep explainable execution summaries and tool evidence, without relying on private model reasoning.

Inside your workflow

Your business.
An execution layer to match.

Your application retains identities, domain rules and authoritative business records. ID Axis manages orchestration and execution state through agreed tools, events and artifact structures.

01

Define the task contract

Define inputs, completion criteria, tools, permissions and execution budgets.

02

Connect business capabilities

Integrate API or MCP tools with authentication, error classification and receipts.

03

Consume progress and results

Present task states, review requests, artifacts and failure handling in your own interface.
